Prairie Hill Mfg produces jigs and fixtures used in the manufacturing of parts ranging from mortising hinges in doors and door casings to the inspection of automotive production castings.
The Prairie Hill hinge mortising jig was developed in coordination with our custom door designers as a better way to hang doors, ours or others. Instead of making a universal jig, ours is more specific. Since all the mortises on both the jab and the door are made with the same jig, they line up perfectly.
Production part inspection jigs are built using customer’s data and in working with your manufacturing and quality engineers we create jigs and fixtures based on your needs to ensure the proper manufacturing and inspection of your parts.
