Once you have your project or part designed, our manufacturing engineers can take that project to production and manage it through the process, whether that is one prototype, a dedicated jig or fixture, or thousands of parts per year.
We use the latest in modern design and machining equipment, Computer Aided Design (CAD) and Computer Aided Manufacturing (CAM) as well as Computer Numerical Controlled (CNC) equipment. We have developed working relationships with companies that possess complementary capabilities and we manage all subcontracting. This gives you as our customer a single line of communication and only one vendor to handle while lets us offer a significantly broader range of goods and services.
We have in house, or have dedicated capacity with subcontractors for the manufacture of parts and assemblies made from wood, metal, plastics, and composites. We service Aerospace, Automotive, Heavy Equipment, Architectural, Marine, and Agriculture industries, both in OEM, and aftermarket.
