Starting with customer CAD data, or creating that data in-house, Prairie Hill  designs and builds tooling for the production of those parts in the process best suited based on physical property requirements and/or production volumes.

•             Hand layup or spray-up in polyester/glass
•             Autoclave and Out of Autoclave processing of epoxy/glass, carbon fiber, and aramid advanced composites
•             Resin Transfer Molding (RTM)
•             Resin Infusion

            Tooling fabrication depends on the process and production volume. Materials used in the construction of our tooling include Polyester/Glass, Epoxy/Glass, Epoxy/Carbon, Cast Aluminum, and Machined Aluminum.
